Mr. Oscar Salem is a co-founder and Principal for Cold Spring Asset Management (“CSAM”). Prior to forming CSAM, Mr. Salem held a Director position with Citibank, working with ultra-high net worth individuals and large family offices on the foreign exchange desk. In this role Mr. Salem advised on and executed foreign exchange trading strategies with several clients. Prior to joining Citibank, Mr. Salem was Head of Investment Relationships for Krieger Capital Management. Mr. Salem also spent 10 years with Wells Fargo managing the foreign exchange investment portfolios for clients of the Private Bank Division. Mr. Salem has also held proprietary trading positions with HSBC and Banamex NY, where he primarily traded Latin American currencies.  Mr. Salem attended the University of Houston.
